Situation
McGuire Real Estate is one of the premier real estate companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. They have several offices, with a large pool of high quality agents. McGuire Real Estate provides email services to their agents, but suffered from a high level of spam to its users.As a result, the agents start using their own "private" accounts, hence there was less control over the customer retention and dialogue from the company’s perspective.
Solution
McGuire required an Anti-Spam solution that had low maintenance cost, but a very high ratio of catching spam. Further, false positives were not acceptable. McGuire conducted a 30 day trial with Brightmail, and found the product to be superior to many other alternatives that had been tested.
Current Status
McGuire has about 100+ users in their on their system, and all agents and executives are very pleased with the result. All agents now use the corporate email as their primary system. |
