With a background spanning venture capital, private equity, and managed services, Tracy excels at managing complex IT environments while building efficient teams and scalable systems.
Tracy joined Langtech in 2016 and now leads day-to-day operations, client services, project delivery, and vendor partnerships. Her unique blend of technical expertise and business insight enables her to design IT strategies that drive long-term client success—ensuring every engagement is not just a transaction, but a lasting partnership.
She holds a B.S. in Management Information from California State University, Chico, and is known for her calm leadership, operational excellence, and client-first mindset.
